We trust this email finds you in good health amidst the challenges brought forth by hurricane Beryl. It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the cancellation of this year’s Kids Kamp, a decision made with the safety and well-being of our families and children as our foremost concern.

In light of the extensive damage, power outages, and the scarcity of essential supplies in our community, it is vital for our families to prioritize their immediate needs. For those who missed the church’s text notification and are seeking a safe space for your children, our Kids gym doors are open. This is a place for play and fellowship, provided that children are accompanied and supervised by their guardians at all times.

While we share your disappointment, we are already looking forward to next year’s Kids Kamp, scheduled for June 9th-12th, 2025. Let’s gear up for “Take Two on The Olympic Games”! Here are a couple of key points to note:

1. Kamp t-shirts and packets are ready for collection at the church office.
2. Should you require it, refunds are being processed upon request.

The absence of Kamp this year does not diminish the incredible efforts of our volunteers. To our decorating team, coaches, trainers, hospitality, registration, tech, music teams, and every generous donor – your dedication and contributions have been nothing short of inspiring. Your commitment to serving the children of TBC and fostering their relationship with Jesus is deeply appreciated.
