Revelation 14 serves as an interlude, previewing the remaining events of the Great Tribulation. A series of vignettes sets the stage for God’s vengeance against His enemies. Our patient and merciful God will display His swift and severe wrath, as His justice “will roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream” (Amos 5:24).
