God’s people are loved by the greatest and most unconditional love, His own. The love of God, demonstrated by Jesus’ perfect sacrifice for sin, has caused believers to be born again. We have already seen that we have been born anew to a living hope. Now in 1 Pt 1:22-25, we are born again into a deep, mutual, and genuine love, starting with our relationships in the Church, then radiating out to a world in desperate need for love.
