Loving one another really, really, really matters in the church. We need to look no further than Jesus’ words to His disciples (and to us) in John 15:12-17 for the reasons why this is true. The church is not a building, but a family of brother and sisters in Christ who are called to represent Jesus in the world. So what did Jesus say that makes loving one another really, really, really matter? 1. He commanded us to. 2. He changed our relationship status. 3. He chose us for an eternal purpose. May we pause to consider our personal expression of love for one another. And may God deepen how love is on display in our church family. | John 15:12-17
