God established a line of kings for His people who would represent Him to the people and the nations of the world. God made a covenant promise with King David that through him, a king would come who would reign forever. This future king is the Savior through whom God would ultimately bring redemption and make all things new. For us, we see God is with His people both now and forever. Our necessary response? Grateful worship.
