Kids Ministry
We are excited to partner with parents as they raise their kids to be devoted followers of Christ. Our most important mission is for every child to learn to love the Lord their God with all their heart and with all their soul and with all their mind and with all their strength (Mark 12:30).
Nursery-Pre-K
It is our joy and privilege to teach foundational truths to our Nursery through Pre-Kindergarten children with the goal of fostering a strong and lifelong walk with Christ. Each week, our nursery team will pray with and for each child, sing songs, read age-appropriate Bible stories, and create a story-based craft.
Kindergarten-Fourth Grade
Our Kid’s Ministry is designed to meet the spiritual needs and encourage the growth of children in Kindergarten through 4th grade. Our prayer for every child is that they would know Jesus as their personal Savior, learn to trust Him with their whole heart, spend time in God’s Word, and understand the importance of serving others while sharing their faith. Each week, children dive deeper into the Bible through age-appropriate Bible stories, participate in large and small group discussions, sing and dance to worship music, play simple games, and create story-based crafts.
Kingdom 56
The preteen years can be exhilarating and challenging, and they are a powerful transitional time. We are devoted to helping 5th & 6th graders (Kingdom 56) grow in their biblical knowledge, understanding of Scripture, strengthening their faith, discipleship, and building friendships.
Each week, Kingdom 56 will worship through song at our 10:30am Worship Service and then return to the Kids Building for small and large group discussions using their Bibles and the Kingdom 56 Bible Study Card.
We are committed to creating a safe space where your preteens feel heard, known, valued, and encouraged to be who they are because of Whose they are—God’s creation!
awana
AWANA is an international, nondenominational, Bible-centered
youth organization. At TBC, we aim to make mature disciples by using this fun approach to memorizing scripture. Awana makes the Bible come alive with caring trained leaders who invest time, love and wisdom into shaping kids lives.
AWANA takes place on Wednesday evenings during the school year, from 6:30-8:00 pm in the Kids Building,
and is open to kids 4 years old through 6th grade.
Safety & Security
Our priority is for children to have a safe
experience where they can learn and grow in God. We run full
background screenings on all of our workers and volunteers on an bi-annual basis. We also have a secure, electronic check-in system for all
kids, nursery through 6th Grade.
