With the judgment of humanity through the flood, God renews both creation and His covenant through Noah and his family. The covenant renewal reinforces the design and desire of God for humanity to produce, preserve, and protect life. This era continues to hold up God’s ideal world for His people as well as to show humanity’s bent toward corruption and rejecting God.
